Frequently asked questions
Can TradingView connect directly to cTrader?+
TradingView alerts can send webhooks, but cTrader does not execute those webhook instructions by itself. NRUNO provides the cloud connection and a cTrader cBot that receives the routed signal.
Does my computer have to remain switched on?+
The NRUNO server runs in the cloud. When the NRUNO cBot is operated through cTrader Cloud, your own computer does not need to remain switched on.
Do I need to change my TradingView strategy?+
You configure a webhook alert using your personal NRUNO URL and a supported signal message. Whether code changes are necessary depends on the information your existing alert already sends.
Can I test NRUNO without a credit card?+
Yes. The free trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card and does not convert automatically into a paid subscription.
Does NRUNO guarantee immediate execution?+
No. Network conditions, TradingView delivery, broker response times, spreads, liquidity and cTrader availability can affect execution. NRUNO cannot guarantee a specific execution time or price.
